Using our site

By using this site you confirm you're at least 18, or using it with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products & pricing

We do our best to describe products and show colours accurately, though slight variations can occur. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and change prices at any time before you place an order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a genuine pricing error occurred), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Returns

Returns and cancellations are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Use of our products

Our products are pet enrichment and comfort items, not medical devices, and are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Please supervise your pet's use. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
